Vidyadaan Sahayak Mandal (VSM) was honoured at the Thane Vaibhav 50th anniversary event, where 50 distinguished NGOs across Thane district were felicitated for their impactful work. The ceremony was held on 28th March 2026 at Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium, Thane.

The award was presented by Shri Milind Ballal, in the presence of Shri Nikhil Ballal and esteemed guests. The recognition was received on behalf of VSM by Pramathesh Navalekar, Kiran Nayak, and Krishan Rao.

This honour reflects VSM’s continued commitment to empowering rural students through education, supported by its strong network of volunteers and its impactful mentor-mentee model.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Vidyadaan Sahayak Mandal has organised a focused initiative dedicated to strengthening the confidence, awareness, and well-being of rural women.

The programme, “Women’s Day – Discovering the Self,” was held on Sunday, 8 March 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Through expert guidance on mental and physical health, interactive group discussions on everyday challenges, and engaging activities, the session encouraged participants to build resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.

The initiative reflected VSM’s continued commitment to empowering women and enabling them to recognise their potential and contribute positively to their communities.

We are proud to share that Yash Panchal, a 4th-year Applied Art student from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, has received the Government Award (3rd Rank) for his campaign at the Annual Exhibition.

This achievement reflects not only creative excellence but also years of perseverance and steady growth. Through dedication to research, concept development, and visual storytelling—along with the valuable guidance of KP Rishikesh Deshpande Sir—Yash transformed challenges into a defining milestone in his academic journey.

His accomplishment stands as an inspiring example of resilience, discipline, and commitment to one’s craft.
